“ Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450 ” refers to Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013 on the protection of personal data in Côte d’Ivoire, governing the processing of personal data.

Data Controller: Plateforme Economique d’Abidjan (PEIA)

“Personal Data” is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person, as defined under Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450.

Processing: Any operation applied to personal data.

“Service” refers to the Website.

“Service Provider” means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.

“It” refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Under Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2013-450, we process personal data based on the following legal bases:
